Miss/ Mrs Africa UK
Must be at least 30 years old as of June 30 2021. 
In order to be eligible to compete for the titles, delegate must meet the following criterion:
– Current residency in the UK– Be born in born in Africa
- Own citizenship in one of the African countries
– Have African heritage
Official Language
English is the official language of the Miss/Mrs Africa UK. It is a requirement for delegates to speak English.
Gender
Miss/Mrs Africa ‘s Contestants’ legal gender must be female.
Code of Conduct
Delegate shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute the Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes, Miss/Mrs Africa UK titles or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character and that she does not have a criminal record. its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that she will not pose for any nude or provocative photographs during the preliminary or pageant finals, or during her reign should she become a titleholder.
Delegate will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Pageant and while representing an Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes Pageant title.
Delegate will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, staff or anyone else involved with or connected to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.
Any delegate found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums, social networking sites or any other public domain will be immediately disqualified and legal action will be taken.
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges.
Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes – Limitation of Liability / Responsibility
Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes agree to provide the winner of Miss/Mrs Africa UK 2020
a) £500 cash
b) prizes from sponsors of Miss/Mrs Africa UK 2020
UK Galaxy Entrants agrees:
a) If selected as a Miss/Mrs Africa UK winner, delegate agrees make a minimum of 5 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes with photos of appearances for the Miss/Mrs Africa UK website and promotion.
d) If selected as a Miss/ Mrs Africa UK winner, they will not enter or compete in any other regional, national or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title during their year’s reign. Permission for Miss/Mrs Africa UK titleholders to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
e) If selected as a Miss/Mrs Africa UK winner agrees that a contract will be signed pertaining to the code of conduct, appearances and work, including modelling, television and film, that the winners undertake during their reign on behalf of Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes.
j) That Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates and winners
l) That Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.
m) That the date/venue of the Miss/ Mrs Africa UK Grand Finale  is subject to change and in such a case, the entrant is not eligible for a refund.
n) That prizes given by Miss/Mrs Africa UK  Sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners.
Deadlines
All deadlines for photographs, and contestant information are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by entrant and by contestants and winners of Miss/Mrs Africa UK.
Personal Sponsorships
Contestants who have not met their personal sponsorship obligation by the deadline will be disqualified and will not participate in the grand finale 
Refund Policy
All fees paid to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers.

Disqualification / Title Relinquishment
If delegate is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received.
Travel
Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the pageant competition.
Hotel
Delegates should stay at the host hotel if at all possible. Delegates and their families must make their own hotel reservations.
Publicity and Promotion
By virtue of participation in the Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes, delegate agrees to allow Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Delegate understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the Internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Delegate agrees that photographs submitted to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes may be used for publicity and promotion by Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes, the delegate must own the copyright to these images or have obtained permission prior to submission. Delegate agrees to release Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Delegate agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.
Agreement
Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes, into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s digression, the Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes Director has the right to terminate the entrants contract immediately, reclaim the entrants sash and authorise the deletion of all photos containing the Miss/Mrs Africa UK Sash & crown.
By submitting or signing the entry form and fee(s) to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes www.mrsafrica.co.uk
I agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes. I confirm that all information submitted to Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of Africa UK Pageant & Empowerment Programmes.
